Verses For Anxiety

Let’s Talk About Anxiety

Anxiety means to be pulled apart—to be distracted or divided in mind.

It is a state of inner unrest, unease, or apprehension that arises when we try to control what is uncertain. It is the mind racing ahead to fix what the heart has not yet trusted God with.

In Scripture, anxiety is often described as a divided heart—a soul pulled between fear and faith, between “What if?” and “God is.”

God’s invitation is not to strive harder, but to trust Him more deeply.

Let surrender replace striving.

Rest comes from trust, not control.
